About Us

Welcome to The Stack Guidebook

The Stack Guidebook is an independent publication I run to help small businesses, solo creators, and small teams solve everyday work problems with the right software, such as running remote interviews, selling an online course, or getting client feedback on creative files.

Who I Am

I’m ARROW, an independent researcher and writer focused on B2B SaaS evaluation, and I run The Stack Guidebook on my own as a solo publication. The site is operated independently, without outside editorial influence from software vendors.

My Mission

Choosing business software can be overwhelming. My goal is to start from the problem you are trying to solve, explain what a solution needs to do, and show which tools fit, including when a tool is not the right choice.

How I Evaluate

Each article checks features, plan limits, and prices against the vendor’s official pricing page and help center. When the official documentation does not confirm something, the article says so instead of assuming it. Articles are based on publicly verifiable information; when a tool has not been tested hands-on, the article does not describe personal use. I do not accept payment in exchange for favorable coverage.

Articles reach readers through search and Pinterest.

Editorial Integrity & Transparency

My editorial content is created independently of any affiliate relationship. To support my research and keep this resource free, I participate in select affiliate programs — see my Affiliate Disclosure page for full details.
